No phone or email support: AutoDock software is downloaded at the rate of many thousands a year. As you can imagine, it is not feasible for us to provide support to all those interested in it, except a select group of collaborators. Please use the the AutoDock Vina forum.

Prerequisites: If you have never used AutoDock Vina before, please see the video tutorial, study the manual and, for more information, read the paper.

Possible Bugs: If you are reporting a problem with Vina or a possible bug, please make sure you include enough information to reproduce the problem you are seeing.

Netiquette: Besides the obvious, I encourage everyone asking questions to read this guide by Mike Ash: Getting Answers. It's also best not to cram many unrelated questions into one post.

Participate: I can only answer a few questions a week, so your answering others' queries not only helps the community, but also increases the chances of getting your own questions answered, should you have them.
