Thank you for your inquiry. AutoDock software is downloaded at the
rate of many thousands a year. As you can imagine, it is not feasible
for me to provide email support to all those interested in it, except
a select group of collaborators.

Support is best sought in the user forums, accessible from
http://vina.scripps.edu/forum.html . I personally attempt to answer
Vina-related questions in the forum, approximately once a week.
However, other participants may provide timelier help. Strictly
following the forum posting guidelines may increase the likelihood
of getting assistance as well as its quality.
